In 1979, while serving as senior pastor at a local church, Thomas Sproles constructed his first church building in Salisbury, North Carolina.
He continued working in the construction industry, and in 1984, the Sproles family moved to New Castle, Indiana, to take a local pastorate there.
In 1985, Tom built his first church building in Indiana and continued building churches in the following years. Upon graduation from Christian school in 1993, his son, John Sproles, joined him in the church building ministry. After several years of building churches together, the Sproles Corporation was formed...a church building company committed to providing superior church buildings at an affordable price. Through the years, God has blessed our company by allowing us to build many churches all over Indiana and surrounding states. He has led us each step of the way and we give Him all the praise.
Sproles Corporation continues to build churches while fulfilling their mission statement--Providing Superior Design + Building Solutions for the Growing Christian Community.

In 1984, my family moved from North Carolina to New Castle, Indiana, where my dad began pastoring the Pilgrim Holiness Church. Dad was a full time minister since before I was born and by God’s Divine direction he also began building churches in 1979. In 1993, I graduated from Union Bible College and Academy in Westfield, Indiana and immediately began building churches on a full time basis with my dad. I always had a love for building and a very special interest in building the Kingdom of God.

It's a privilege to be extremely involved in my local church and have been blessed to have a direct role in touching people’s lives in our community with the Gospel. Church building (spiritual and physical) is my passion.
For me, it's not just a job. Church Building is a Ministry.
In 1995. God blessed me with a wonderful wife, Julie Brock, whom I met in Cincinnati, Ohio, at God’s Bible School and College, where her parents were staff members. Julie was born in Papua New Guinea where her parents served as missionaries for over 20 years. God blessed our home with four beautiful children--Evan, Katelyn, Brooklyn and Brayden.
To my amazing wife and children, I want to say thank you for being understanding, when I have been gone for countless hours, meeting churches, knocking on doors or driving the church bus. I am truly blessed and you are truly amazing!
